Your new role

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will begin by supporting experienced team members with foundational configuration and customization tasks. This early phase will help you become familiar with the platform, development standards, and delivery processes. As you progress, you’ll take on more complex responsibilities, work independently, and develop expertise in specific ServiceNow modules.

• Participating in ServiceNow development, administration, and testing activities
• Collaborating directly with clients and maintaining a customer‑focused mindset
• Preparing and updating technical documentation and operational procedures
• Expanding your ServiceNow knowledge through structured self‑learning paths
• Working closely with Senior Developers and Architects on solution design

What you'll need to succeed

• Hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CAD certification is a strong plus
• Practical knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of relational databases
• Strong communication skills in English, German, or French (minimum B2)
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to integrate into a team
• Readiness for occasional business travel

• Basic understanding of ITSM, CMDB, or self‑service corporate tools
• Experience with additional ServiceNow products such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM/CMDB, ITAM, or SecOps
