Europe Business Service Center plays a key role in overall Aryzta strategy for profitable growth through supporting the business driving the decisions and effective and efficient processes and controls management.
- Hybrid mode in Wrocław (10 days HO per month)
- Contract of employment, full time
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely processing of accounting documents related to payables, including employee expense settlements
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external suppliers
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Managing vendor accounts and performing balance reconciliations, identifying opportunities to clear open items
- Accurate and timely execution of activities related to period-end closing
- Analyzing P2P processes; identifying opportunities and proposing improvements and standardisation
- Actively participating in the creation of operational procedures (SOPs) and other documentation supporting the P2P process
- Supporting partnership with the local entity by providing data required for management
Requirements:
- Experience in finance/accounting is nice to have
- Experience working with ERP systems – nice to have
- Fluent English (minimum B2)
- Hungarian/Romanian/Bulgarian (minimum B2)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Openness to change and a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in process transition from or to another location/business unit will be an advantage
