Supply Chain Risk Management Role

Due to the request of our Client, an extended company from the life science industry with an established position on the market, we are looking for people in the position of Supply Chain Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business units in identifying, assessing, and managing risks,
  • Advise managers on minimizing operational, financial, reputational, and regulatory risks,
  • Monitor key risk indicators,
  • Collaborate on the implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement, and update the Business Continuity Management (BCM) system,
  • Coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIA),
  • Plan and test Business Continuity Plans (BCPs),
  • Ensure the organization can maintain or quickly restore critical processes during disruptions or crises,
  • Report on project progress and associated risks.
  • The successful candidate will join a global team.

Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the life sciences sector is a strong advantage,
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes,
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills,
  • Fluent English (C1 level) is required,
  • Experience working in international environments is a plus.

  • Fixed term contract via Hays (Maternity cover)
  • Length of the contract: 12 months with the possibility of extending the contact

  • Location: Office Warsaw and Wroclaw
  • Hybrid or full remote work model
