Technical Infrastructure Project Managerr

Program Manager, Data migration, infrastructure, Project Manager, IT Manager
For big, international company, we are looking for 3 experienced Senior Project and Program Managers who can support multiple projects that are part of a key program in the organization related to the migration of several used applications and products within the company.


  • Location: 100% remote work (you must be located in Poland)
  • Form of cooperation: B2B contract via Hays (long-term cooperation)
  • Rate: 180-240 pln/h net + vat (depends on experience and position negotiable)
  • Start date: ASAP (max 30 days’ notice period is acceptable)
  • Working hours: flexible, occasional availability for evening meetings required (global projects in cooperation with the US)
  • The project is part of a key program in a company that operates globally - one of the largest leaders in the insurance industry


Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as IT Project Manager
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies - Agile
  • Experience in conducting big, international infrastructure / data migration / application projects
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, to include public speaking, group presentation
  • Experienced in managing insurance (ideally), finance and financial system projects
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group to include executives, managers and subject matter experts
  • High level stakeholder management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills with forethought of organizational goals and needs
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs and demands
  • Proficient in use of MS Office, specifically Project, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Recognized and accredited professional project management training and certification (such as PMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent) preferred but not required.


Responsibilities:
  • Project management in the largest and key program in the organization (global scale)
  • Ensure that these standards are uniformly adopted and practiced across the entire organization
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
  • oordinate resources (staff, equipment, vendors, consultants) across projects
  • Effectively conduct resource planning for all project work
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and capture requirements from all functional stakeholders
  • Analyze, recommend, and drive process and program improvements across functional teams
